What is ALPFA?
The Association of Latino Professionals For America is a national organization composed of over 95,000+ members with a common goal of building relationships and encouraging Latino leadership in the workforce.
ALPFA was the first national Latino professional association in the United States, established in Los Angeles in 1972. Dating back 45-years, they have shown steady growth and demonstrated consistent value. ALPFA continues to build upon its proud legacy with a mission: To empower and develop Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation.

ALPFA- Regional Symposium
The ALPFA Regional Collegiate Symposium was originally held once a year in the Spring, since the year 2018 they have increased this frequency to twice a year and hold 4 of these Symposiums in core regions across the nation:
Activities & Affiliations
At Symposium, students have access to multiple professional development workshops held by sponsoring companies including KPMG, EY, Altria, the CIA, AllState, and more.
Workshops include presentations about the company, sharpening 30 second elevator pitches, opportunities to listen to Keynote speakers, and have access to a career fair at the end of the one-day event.Bar Admissions
